Rare Chop House team wins top honors for second year in a row at Fifth Annual St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation Golf Tournament

1st Place – Championship Flight team, Rare Chop House
2nd Place – Championship Flight, Peoples National Bank
Four-way tie for first place in the ‘A’ Flight:  Centralia High School (no photo available), Dimond Bros., LLC, Philip Gustafson, and Radiopharmacy.

Centralia, IL (October 7, 2015) – A team assembled by Rare Chop House of Mt. Vernon took first place in the recent St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation Golf Tournament at Greenview Golf Club in Centralia. 

Winning the Championship Flight, members of the Rare Chop House team are pictured (right):  Ryan Andrews, Scott Andrews, Steve Meyer & Brian Kolmer.  


Second place in the Championship Flight was snagged by the Peoples National Bank team of Centralia.  Members of the team are pictured: Lee Bennett, Bo Baer, Kyle Gansauer & Greg Shaver.

There was a four-way tie for first place in the ‘A’ Flight as the Centralia High School, Dimond Bros., Philip Gustafson, and the Radiopharmacy teams matched scores.  Members of the Dimond Bros. team included Greg Reichenbacher, Randy Martin, Tom Champion & Bob Feig.  Philip Gustafson’s team consisted of Philip Gustafson, Dr. Naeem Khan, John Sigsbury & Bruce Thackery, while the Radiopharmacy team included Phil Harris, Michael Bratcher, Brett Burnes, & Gary Price.  No photo was available of the Centralia High School team, which consisted of Lynn Strack, Jeff Skillette, Jimmy Hudson & Reid Shipley; 

Former Major League Baseball pitcher Kirk Rueter of Nashville again served as honorary chair of the Foundation golf outing.  Dimond Bros., LLC, representing The Hanover Insurance Group, was the major sponsor of the fifth annual fundraiser benefitting St. Mary’s Hospital.
